Meet Brandwacht Huren (BWH), the market leader and expert in fire safety and prevention. They stand out by adding a human touch to their services, ensuring 24/7 availability for emergencies and inquiries.
With over 850 certified professionals, they offer a broad range of services tailored to various sectors, including events, healthcare, and the petrochemical industry. Their commitment to safety is unmatched, guaranteeing a response time within two hours across the Netherlands and Belgium, all while utilising advanced ICT solutions to maintain the highest safety standards.
When BWH came to us, they were facing a few key challenges: the justification of their premium service price, an unique digital style, because they were being copied and a websites that could attract new leads.
Moreover, they needed a stronger reason for customers to believe in their credibility.

We tackled these issues head-on with a comprehensive approach. First, we created a standout new website and digital identity, complete with a flexible navigation structure and modular page setup to cater to multiple markets. We focused on designing user flows and functionalities aimed at boosting conversion rates and improving SEO. Ensuring brand consistency and flexibility across all digital touch points was a priority.
We also generated more traffic from industry-specific customers, such as those in healthcare and petrochemical sectors, by integrating a blog featuring thought leadership and industry-specific content. To make the brand more relatable, we emphasised personalisation and user stories, adopting a confident, knowledgeable, and unburdening tone of voice.
